These types of yoga benefit deferent the body in different ways which include strength and grace. Yoga takes a holistic approach to mind and body health. The benefits include patience and concentration and can have the same effects as meditation.
Few regular participants would disagree that yoga has made a change in them. Repeat postures once or twice. That may leave you little time to take on other exercise routines.
Yoga leaves us little time to rest our minds and relax. Yoga can indeed be food for the mind.
