my car is a yoga mat - stick to the fundamentals

Yoga is not a recent practice. For years mind body and spirit yoga has been used for many forms of healing and relaxing and its benefits have been proved over and over.

Perhaps you are uncomfortable, when you initially teach, and it changes your tone, or causes you to speak faster. Yoga begins and ends with the mind, if you can convince yourself you really want to do it, then you should be able to keep the spirit. A rudimentary knowledge of yogic philosophy also helps.

Few regular participants would disagree that yoga has made a change in them. Instructors must be able to accurately verbalize a pose to students in a way that they can understand. Flexibility will help you avoid injury during any athletic endeavors.

Proper breathing is essential in yoga and helps keep the mind focused on the body, while making movement mind mindful and efficient. No one expects you to transform overnight, so keep at it.
